Following an advisory board with young professionals, Healixia is setting up a Mentor-Mentee program.

The goal of this program is:

• For Mentees: facilitate your introduction within the Healixia community of professionals and broader Belgian healthcare landscape
• For Mentors: get to know a young colleague and gain more insight into the needs and challenges of young professionals

Duration and time investment: we anticipate a time investment of around 1 hour/month, with a duration of +- 1 year; both depending on the magic between mentor and mentee.
