In this one-day interactive workshop, participants work on a realistic reimbursement case for a fictitious new medicine and guide it through the complete Belgian reimbursement pathway. From dossier preparation and HTA assessment to negotiation and decision-making, participants will take the role of Market Access professionals and experience first-hand how strategic choices influence reimbursement outcomes.
Working in small groups and guided by experienced Market Access professionals, participants will navigate the key steps of the Belgian reimbursement process, make strategic decisions along the way, and gain practical insights into how reimbursement outcomes are shaped in Belgium.
The workshop combines concise theoretical refreshers with an interactive case simulation, providing participants with a unique opportunity to translate theory into practice and develop a deeper understanding of the challenges and trade-offs faced by Market Access professionals.
