The most important aim of this Pact was to obtain faster and more widespread patient access to innovative therapies. The second cornerstone was supporting pharmaceutical innovation in Belgium, with a special focus on clinical trials. Thirdly, the Pact created a legal framework regarding the disclosure on the BeTransparent.be platform. Now, two years later, the overall sentiment is positive, with more than half of the objectives being translated into concrete policy measures. A status update will be given with a special focus on all involved stakeholders (?who is who?) and how this is impacting the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape.
